ANNUAL PARISH MEETINGS
One of the things we are seeking to do as a “next step” is to hold the annual meetings for our parishes which should have taken place in March and April.
It is important that we do this so that those who wish to step back from responsibilities (and who have soldiered on for an extra 5 months) can do so, and so that those now wanting to join PCCs or take on new roles can be properly authorised.
You are welcome to attend these meetings which will all be socially distanced. Face coverings will be required and sanitiser provided. Church doors will be kept open to improve ventilation.
If you do not feel comfortable about attending but you wish to bring a matter to the attention of the meeting please let me know as soon as possible and in any event no later than August 14th so that, if appropriate, a matter can be added to the relevant agenda.
If you wish to nominate somebody as a churchwarden or PCC member please let me know, having first obtained that person’s agreement, as soon as possible.
The meetings will all be held at 7pm on the following evenings:
· At Christ Church Lower Broadheath: Monday 24th August
· At St Philip & St James Hallow: Wednesday 26th August
· At St Bartholomew’s Grimley (jointly with the Annual meeting for St Martin’s Holt): Wednesday 2nd September
